She learned to break large ambitions into structured, daily actions and began applying data-driven decision-making within her business. Instead of operating on guesswork, she analyzed performance data, identified gaps, and used insights to guide her strategy. She also integrated AI tools into her operations to work more efficiently.

After

PlannedPath Educational Consults recorded 120% annual revenue growth, trained over 1,200 individuals, and created part-time employment for 20 people, with the majority of her team coming from the ALX community.
The business secured partnerships with the Glo Foundation, LAWMA, and the Lagos State Ministry of Transport. Tosin also published two books and positioned herself as a leader in digital skills training and strategic growth.
Her business moved from struggling and unclear to structured, scalable, and impact-driven.
