ALX Africa (“ALX”) may capture photos and videos at events for marketing and promotional purposes. This notice explains how ALX collects, uses, and shares visual content featuring attendees, and what rights you have over that material.

By attending an ALX event where photography or filming takes place, you may be asked to consent to your image being used across ALX’s social media channels, websites, and promotional materials including platforms such as Meta, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
