We collect data related to the programs you attend (such as number of courses, application date and program start date, learner performance including course completion/course drop-out, course scores, exam scores, and dates when exams were taken, data regarding your skills/performance during the courses). We collect your image and voice during the videoconference and related metadata, or other technical identifiers (such as IP) or engagement data (such as log-in data, last active date), when you contact our online Services or visit our website.

2. HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent.
