1.The Legacy Card Program requires payment of a subscription fee. This payment will be billed in accordance with the Legacy Card Terms of Use.

2.Please note that the request for payment will only come to your email from [email protected], once you have signed up on our official website ALX – Legacy Card LP (alxafrica.com). Please be aware that we will never request payment from you through any other individual, website, email address, or application. Any communications claiming affiliation with ALI, The ROOM, the Legacy Card or any of our affiliates and originating from a site, platform or location that is not [email protected] or our official website,, and requesting payment through alternative channels, is likely to be fraudulent. Genuine Legacy Card communications will only come from [email protected] and the official website, ALX – Legacy Card LP (alxafrica.com).

3.By accepting these terms, you acknowledge and agree that it is your sole responsibility to make sure that you are paying the subscription fee to the correct account and that the payment is received by ALI. Should you have any doubts about the legitimacy of a communication, please contact our support team on [email protected] before taking any action relating to such communications.

4.NEITHER ALI NOR ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS WILL BE LIABILE FOR ANY EXPENSES, CLAIMS, HARM, LOSS OR DAMAGES SUFFERED OR INCURRED BY YOU OR BY  A THIRD PARTY AS A RESULT OF ANY FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES, OR RESULTING FROM YOU MAKING A PAYMENT TO AN INCORRECT ACCOUNT OR TO SOMEONE OTHER THAN ALI.
